What data Síla webu keeps about you, why, for how long, what it reads from your Google account, and how to delete everything.

01 Controller

Síla webu (silawebu.cz) is operated by Filip Novák, DiS., a sole trader registered in the Czech trade register, ID 73943118, Palackého třída 2630/131, 612 00 Brno, Czech Republic. Contact: info@silawebu.cz. No data protection officer is appointed; the law does not require one here.

02 What Síla webu does

Síla webu measures publicly available pages of a website with a crawler, re-measures them on a schedule, checks availability and the TLS certificate, and, once you connect your Google account, stores daily summaries from Google Search Console and Google Analytics and explains them in plain sentences. Accounts are identified by e-mail and a one-time sign-in link; there are no passwords. Paid plans are billed through Stripe.

Data kept per account: e-mail; a hash of each sign-in link (30 days); the websites you monitor with their measurement snapshots, history and change log (for the life of the account); a project profile (what the business does, for whom, where); Google data described in section 03; encrypted Google access tokens (until you disconnect); a hash of each API key plus the time and tool name of each MCP request (90 days); billing identifiers for paid plans (10 years, tax records); e-mail delivery records (1 year); operational logs (180 days). Card details are held by Stripe only.

Measurements of public websites (score, findings, technologies) are properties of a website visible to any search engine, not personal data; they are stored in a public archive. A site owner can ask for the public profile of their site to be hidden.

03 Google Search Console and Google Analytics

Connecting Google is optional and read-only. Its only purpose is to show you your own site's data in your account with explanations, and to let you read it through MCP. Síla webu requests two Google API scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly (Search Console) and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly (Google Analytics).

What is read from Search Console: the list of your properties so you can pick the right one; daily totals of clicks, impressions, CTR and position by device; once a week, up to the 200 most frequent queries and 100 most visited pages; the index status of pages listed in your sitemap; sitemap status. On connection, up to 16 months of history is loaded.

What is read from Google Analytics: the list of properties and web data streams, to verify that the property belongs to the project's domain; daily totals of sessions, active users and conversions by channel (search, AI assistants, direct, referral, social, paid). Nothing about individual visitors is read: no user IDs, no individual events, no personal data of your visitors.

How it is stored: in a database hosted by Websupport in the EU; access tokens are stored encrypted. The data is read only by the service's automated jobs and by you, in your account or through your own API key. I look at your data only when you ask for support or when fixing a bug, and I never publish it, sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train models.

Sharing: none, with one exception: when you query the service through MCP with your own API key, the response is sent to the tool you chose yourself. What that tool does with it is governed by its provider.

Revoking access: in your account with "Disconnect Google", or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. From that moment no new snapshots are taken and the token is deleted. Stored snapshots can be deleted in your account with one button, and are deleted within 30 days when you delete your account.

Síla webu's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

04 MCP

With an API key, a tool of your choice (for example Claude Code) reads your account's data: projects, score history, findings, changes, Search Console and Google Analytics snapshots. Responses are not stored; only the time, tool name and key hash are logged for 90 days, for security and rate limiting. What happens to the data inside the tool and at its provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) is governed by their policies.

05 Processors

  • Websupport, s. r. o. (Slovakia): web and database hosting.
  • Resend, Inc. (USA): transactional e-mail. Transfers to the USA rest on standard contractual clauses.
  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) and Stripe, Inc. (USA): payments, invoices, stored card for renewals. Transfers to the USA rest on standard contractual clauses.
  • Google Ireland Ltd.: PageSpeed Insights (only the measured site's URL is sent), Search Console and Google Analytics APIs after you connect them, and cookieless Google Analytics 4 measurement of silawebu.cz itself.

No processor receives data for its own purposes. Personal data is never sold or rented, never used for advertising, and there is no automated decision-making or profiling about people.

06 Cookies

After sign-in the browser holds a session cookie (14 days), strictly necessary. Forms use a technical Nette cookie against request forgery. Traffic measurement runs without cookies and without a consent banner because nothing is stored. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

07 Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. Write to info@silawebu.cz; requests are handled within 30 days, usually sooner. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

08 Deleting your account and data

  1. In your account choose "Delete account" and confirm with the link sent to your e-mail, or write to info@silawebu.cz.
  2. Google access is revoked, API keys deleted and the subscription cancelled immediately.
  3. Within 30 days, projects, Search Console and Google Analytics snapshots, measurement history and the profile are deleted; the e-mail remains only in tax records if you paid.
  4. Public measurements in the archive remain; they are not tied to an account. A site owner can ask for the profile to be hidden.

09 Changes

A new version is published on this page with a new date. A material change to what is read from Google or to whom data is shared is announced by e-mail in advance.
